More than expected
Rough start with presentation of rental due to it seemed to good to be true and a scam. My investigation didn’t find much to the contrary. After connecting with the rental property manager and Vrbo, all went smoothly. That was a week before arrival so I was very tense about the deal. I was set at ease and the stay was wonderful. Condo was clean and a great location right on the lake with many available restaurants and sights near. The sunrise was gorgeous. Condo’s amenities met needs. The jetted tub was fabulous and beds were comfortable. I would recommend again as the experience with the property manager should improve the process after our conversation and the stay.

The grounds are well maintained. The view of the lake is beautiful. The interior was seemingly clean with updated furniture, spacious kitchen, baths and bedrooms When we arrived there was a car in the designated spot. One of the toilets was not flushing and continuously running. Called management and they were aware of the “abandoned” car and the broken toilet. The toilet was fixed right away but the car was not towed until the 2nd day of our stay. More issued were discovered. Two big safety issues, light fixtures without bulbs, excessive mold in bathrooms. If you stay here be prepared to bring your own hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen towels, pot holders, coffee filters, more dishwasher tabs and paper towels, more dishes, garbage bags, kitchen garbage can, clean linens, and be prepared to have no WiFi. Seeing as there was a list of things we MUST do before we check out such as take out the garbage, pile towels in the living room, change thermostat, “if you bring it, take it with you” while the things provided were lacking is unacceptable for the amount being charged. Would give 0 stars if could.
