There were nail clippings on the carpet floor in my room which tells me the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Other than that the room was clean. The swimming pool area including the swimming pool itself needs some serious cleaning or close it all together because that is a bacteria haven area. The breakfast is the usual you would see for a hotel. The staff were welcoming and pleasantly friendly. I would like to believe they are understaffed and this is the cause of the negatives but not sure.

For the price, the room was very bare-bones, no soft chair, luggage rack, etc. Many beetles everywhere, cieling, floor, etc. Faucet water was smelly, didn't want to shower because of it. Extra charge for pet, was not aware prior.

The side door that we used was completely covered with lady bugs- and the were all over the ceiling on the inside of the door. There was also a stink bug in our room The bathroom floor was very sticky
