Staff were very accommodating. Overall Hotel and campus very nice. The room we had in Romance Regency is a bit dated. Pools very nice but only one heated so a bit cold in early march. Beach very nice. Food areas clean and waiters very good!

Rooms were clean and well looked after. Service was excellent in every part of the hotel which was lovely. Hotel well laid out, the ground were well looked after. Some food good. Negative points, drinks, veeery limited, no wine, many bars ran out of beer, only full sugar soft drinks. Showers were not hot at all. Good ok, best food in Mexican and the above restaurant.

Bar super, le personnel et vraiment très accueillant et au petit soin ça fait même bizarre autant de sourire et d attention. Contrairement aux évaluations que l'on a vu avant de partir la nourriture est très variée et et globalement très bonne pareil pour ce qui est des cocktails et de l'alcool je préconise d'avoir un bracelet Silver ou Gold il y a plus de restaurant et de bar. Les charmes sont top la literie aussi le chameau sont nettoyés tous les jours petit bémol peut-être sur la qualité du nettoyage mais ça reste très correct.

Zimmer gut mit den üblichen kleinen Macken vor allem im Badezimmer, aber alles überwiegend sauber und auch funktionierend bzw. es wird innert kürzester Zeit repariert (hier: Waschbecken-Abfluss), Zimmerwechsel wegen Baulärm problemlos und schnell (von Nummer 3312 in 3322). Essen gut - sehr gut, aber meistens eher lauwarm. Hatte das Silber-Armband mit Zugang zu den Ultra-All-Inclusive-Möglichkeiten. Die drei Themen-Restaurants (italienisch/Camello, Fish Market und orientalisch/Layali eher Durchschnitt. War meistens im Royal Wave Restaurant am Strand mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer und fühlte mich dort auch sehr gut bedient (inklusive frisch zubereitetem Omelett und Smoothie jeden Morgen), leider dabei sehr laute Musik (Radio Swiss Pop), nicht zu ändern trotz Hinweisen. Die rund um die Uhr geöffnete Bar rechts neben der Rezeption (die bessere für die Silber- und Goldarmbänder) und besonders die Angestellten dort (mit einer Ausnahme, der sich an einem Abend eher um weibliche russische Kundschaft kümmern musste...) fantastisch, superfreundlich, lustig. Schnorcheln am Hotel-Steg unterdurchschnittlich, wenige Fische, oft rote Flagge wegen starken Windes. Der 1.5 Kilometer lange Steg vom Hotel Sea Beach Edge by Rotana (nebendran) als Alternative für 10 Dollar pro Tag, war aber immer geschlossen, da weiter draussen noch mehr Wind und gefährliche Strömung herrschte. Soll dann besser insgesamt besser werden ab April/Mai. Abends meistens Russendisco im Grotto, nicht jedermanns Sache...

La partie Romance Regency se situe dans l’ensemble hôtelier le Regency Park. L’ensemble hôtelier est propre, bien décoré et les jardins sont vraiment très beaux. Le personnel était dans l’ensemble très agréable, et à vos petits soins pour vous chouchouter. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable, le ménage y était fait quotidiennement, avec lit refait et serviettes propres. Nous avons testé la plupart des restaurants de l’hôtel mais avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour le Romance Restaurant au bord de la plage. Les piscines sont propres et nombreuses. Juste dommage qu’il n’y a qu’une seule piscine chauffée située dans la partie Aquapark, il en aurait fallu une seconde pour fluidifier le monde. Comme dans chaque hôtel il y a le problème des transats, que cela soit à la plage ou à la piscine, les gens venaient réservés leurs sièges, parfois on ne les voyaient pas pendant 4-5h ! Ce point est vraiment à corriger car beaucoup de vacanciers se retrouvaient sans places. Et puis il y avait malheureusement aussi le phénomène du pourboire, certains avaient bien compris que si tu donnais quelque chose finalement on te trouvais une place, mais c’est le jeu. La plage quant à elle, est sublime, l’eau est turquoise et translucide, on peut nager assez loin tout en ayant pieds et faire du Snorkeling. Dans l’ensemble, c’était un très bon établissement.

Le + : chambre swim up, plusieurs restos, chaleur et soleil assurés, beaucoup de transats à la plage section adult Le - : pas nécessaire de changer les draps et serviettes tous les jours, nourriture répétitive, animation trop bruyante, et surtout, très mauvais accueil. Aucune info sur le site, 30 minutes d’attente pour rien, aucune amabilité!!
