The hotel is in a quiet location. The staff are friendly. However, the room smelled musty, the toilet did not flush properly, and the hairdryer was broken. It’s an ok place to stay for a short visit but we were very unimpressed. The breakfast is decent with eggs and sausage, cereals, bagels, fresh waffles, and other things.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Very spacious room with a sofa and a fridge that even had a small freezer compartment for our ice packs. Breakfast was ok. We’ve had better, we’ve had worse. Staff was very friendly and the location is close to the touristy stuff in town, although it’s not really walkable.

When I made my reservation I requested a room on the first floor which did not happen. There is no elevator in this facility nor are there automatic doors. My friend with health issues had a very difficult time going up and down the stairs. This place is not handicapped accessible. Very disappointed!!

We went to the Music Center for a concert. Very convenient. Maybe a 5-10 minute walk. We ended up having a wonderful dinner at Seasons Lodge (Rafters), then took the shuttle to and from Music Center. Free and easy! Breakfast was a nice treat at the hotel!

The room was perfect. It was very clean with a fresh smell. The shower, toilet, and sink worked great. There is no elevator. This was okay for us, because we traveled light. I would’ve given five stars, but the pool was not in very good condition. The paint was peeling throughout the entire pool. This was pretty nasty. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We cannot give information on the mini breakfast because we did not partake in it. The parking lot was plentiful. It was near an IGA and McDonald’s. They were both within a very short walking distance. We did not go to it but across the street up on a hill was an entertainment place. We are not sure because we didn’t go over there. We had a very short day. Just wanted to walk through the town and go to some shops..

The property was easy to find, very clean, and easy to check-in and out. The room itself had very comfortable bedding and again, very clean. One thing to note- we had a room on the first floor and close to the main area. That being said, we were very pleased (and surprised!) how quiet the room was!! Thank you for such a nice stay!
