2 double bedrooms with bed (2160x200) with their shower room and terrace access.
1 children’s room with bunk beds 90x190 cm and shower room.
1 television room equipped with a Home Cinema
1 fitness room equipped with an elytic bike and a treadmill
1 sauna
1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
On the 1st floor
1 master suite opening directly onto the terrace and the pool, consisting of a dressing area and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
1 fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace and living/dining room offering a magnificent view of Lake Annecy.
Swimming pool, everything is planned to make you spend a wonderful holiday in Haute Savoie!

Wonderful stay in Sevrier
We had a wonderful week in Sévrier! The house is well located, steps from the lake and the cycling path, a short bike ride from Annecy. Ours kids (5 and 7) made full use of the salt water pool, which is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The house is close to neighboring house, but is still very private. The house had all amenities, include full kitchen supplies, bath towels and soap, etc. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated. The weather was so nice we didn’t make use of the large cinema room or the sauna... Check in/out was a breeze. We loved every second of our stay and hope to come back one day! Highly recommend this house!

Pleasant accommodation with fantastic view
For our group of 6 adults plenty of room. Good to have a swimmingpool present. Bedrooms are spacious with each an own shower. We enjoyd our week there and recommend to pay a visit to Annecy and take a tour around the lake. (We did it by car).
