Available umbrella with mattress, without sheets.
The pool cleaning is done once a week at the beginning of the stay, a skimmer is provided for any leaves...
It will be open only from 8 June to 15 September, it will be heated from mid-June to the end of August.
Swimming pool access will be available in the morning until 12:30 PM.
You will be welcomed by our agent to show you around, but also for the exit from the premises.
Housekeeping and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
The mandatory extras in addition to the nightly rate are:
- cleaning is automatically included in the booking
- Bed and towel linen: 16.90 euros/person (NOT INCLUDED) to be paid before your arrival.
Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed configuration that was not previously communicated to the agency, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning the bathroom and sanitary facilities
- disinfection of the accommodation

AMAZING VIEW
The property Host were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. The communication with the management company were not very good however. The owners were advised of this and will make certain this is taken care of. Annecy is absolutely wonderful lots of activities.

Holiday heaven
We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We were met by a lovely lady called myriam who showed us everything on arrival. The place and the views are as stunning as the photos and the area very peaceful. The pool is great and the owners should they be there when you are are lovely and very helpful. There are plenty of walks around the area but too far to walk into annecy itself. There are also plenty of nice places to eat. We didmt get the weather but that is no ones fault would highly recommend and will definately be back walsrecommend

Un séjour agréable, bon logement
Le panorama est magnifique, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé et dispose d'une grande terrasse. De plus, le logement est situé dans un coin tranquille, sans voisins à proximité, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du calme.
Cependant, je tiens à souligner ma déception concernant la piscine. Malgré une confirmation par message indiquant qu'elle serait chauffée, j'ai été très surpris et déçu de constater à mon arrivée qu'elle ne l'était pas. Cela a vraiment impacté mon séjour.
Néanmoins, je reste satisfait de ma semaine passée là-bas.

une semaine grand luxe
superbe prestation proposée ici , rien a redire pour un couple sans enfant , une terrasse digne de ce nom , qui donne sur le lac , le panorama est validé . tout est de qualité ds cette location , la cuisine moderne , la salle de bain de meme , rien n a ete laissé au hazard .bravo et merci .
