The place is super spacious, right next to a parking garage and walk distance to all main attractions. Raul is incredibly nice and communicative, assisted us prior, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Really central location and very quiet. Reasonably clean but towels could have been better quality and bathroom could use an update. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. Shared laundry was adequate. Unfortunately the safe was not functional and in an awkward position and needs to be improved. Otherwise great

The best thing about this property is its location. However the rooms were dark and depressing, the bathroom very basic, the floor had a panel which is a trip hazard and the stairs are without railings. The rate was very expensive due to the inclusion of a kitchen and a small dining table. We found much better and nicer hotels in the neighborhood for less… When we decided to move out we had to pay a stiff fine in cash. I felt like we were ripped off.

I was surprised with how nice and big was the apartment we stayed. Raul , the front desk who helped us while we were there, is fantastic and he made sure we had accurate directions to get there and also to park out car on tjis parking garage which was very close by. The location is excellent and close to everything. We we able to walk everywhere day and night because we felt very safe. I definitely recommend and I would go there if I ever visit Sevilla again.
