Charming one bedroom duplex apartment with a large private terrace, located in the main shopping area in the very centre of Seville.

On the lower level is the living-dining room. There is plenty of light from the french doors which open onto a julienne balcony. The kitchen, well-equipped for self-catering, is adjacent to the living area, as is a separate toilet.

On the upper level is the bedroom with double bed (1,35 x 1,90 m) and a large en-suite bathroom. The private terrace, accessed directly from the bedroom, is furnished with deckchairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.

The apartment is in a great spot and you can walk to almost everything, which made getting around very easy. The check-in was smooth and the host communicated well.That said, there were several issues that affected the stay. The area is extremely loud late into the night as people leave nearby bars, so light sleepers should be aware. The bedroom doesn’t have curtains, which made it hard to get any rest. The balcony was one of the main reasons I booked the place, but it didn’t look like the photos in the listing with nothing but a couple chairs and a table. Inside, parts of the floor were peeling up and taped down, which felt unsafe. There was also black mold in the bathroom that needs attention.With some updates and a more accurate listing, this could be a solid stay, but in its current state it didn’t meet expectations.

Great apartment in a perfect location. Nice roof terrace and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only thing that needs looking at is the poorly laid laminate floor on the lower floor as it is a trip hazard.

We stayed here for two weeks and would definitely return. This apartment is in an ideal location for anyone visiting for a short or long stay. Everything you need is provided- kitchen items, hairdryer, washer, drying rack, iron-it is all there. A big bonus is a half-bath on the first floor in addition to a beautiful en-suite bath on the upper floor. Any renter needs to be comfortable with stairs both inside the unit and the building stairs leading up to the unit. Communication with local management was quick and always positive. Fantastic Location

I have a mixed review after my week long stay, with some good, and some real disappointments: THE GOOD: 1. Convenient Location for getting around the city. 2. Nice looking apartment, clean, with comfortable bed and terrace. 3. Affordable price. THE DISAPPOINTING: 1. Location is loud with early morning construction and loud people coming home from bars at all hours of the night and early morning (not the failt of the property owners, but beware if you like quiet, this isn't the place for you). 2. Washer does not work. This was a big disappointmemt as it was an important criteria for my stay. When I emailed and texted the management company about it during my stay, I got no reply 😕. 3. Terrible constant sewer gas smell from the main bathroom was not pleasant. 4. Shade at bedroom window does not close, (broken) so morning light fills the room when trying to sleep. OVERALL: The stay was adequate, but I will not rent this apartment again nor recommend it.

Great apartment in the centre of things

I was really happy with this apartment. It felt authentic and comfortable, well located with ready access to everything. Having a terrace was great (it actually has two - one for drying and one for relaxing on). All in all, a really good experience.

Very convenient

This small apartment is situated so conveniently to all the sights that tourists want to visit in Seville. And it’s also very close to shopping and many dining options. You will love the quiet location! The building has been nicely renovated and the furnishings are attractive. The kitchen, while very small, is adequate for preparing a breakfast or lunch. Having a powder room and full bath was helpful. Two notes- if mobility is a concern this apartment could be difficult. There are steep stairs in the building and in the apartment. No lift. Also the terrace, while large and very tidy, doesn’t have an enticing view nor are there any plantings. But it is nice to be able to walk outside from the bedroom. We enjoyed our visit in this charming area of Seville and would stay in this lovely apartment again.

Well equiped central location

Two pleasant weeks in the heart of Sevilla - the flat was nice, with a well equiped kitchen, a good Internet connection and a big terrace! The only drawback was the unemptied coffee maker and the overflowing bin (with moldy fruit).

Très bien placé pour visiter Séville à pieds ! Idéal pour les courts séjours (pas très fonctionnel pour plus d'une semaine). Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas plus "décorée" car elle est l'atout incontestable de cet appartement très propre. Charmante attention de la propriétaire : une corbeille de fruits en guise de bienvenue. Merci!!!!
