Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.

Palacete Molina 2 is a 30m2 ground floor studio-apartment with a seperate living area and kitchen and seperate bedroom with a queen sized bed of 150cm x 190cm and an en suite bathroom.
