Great but not really for staying in and lounging!

The location,staff and room were perfect. Staff on the front desk were helpful and could not do enough. Parking was great, €22 for 2 days. Location was superb, everything worth seeing was within walking distance. Only issues were:room was right next to the lift therefore there was a lot of noise. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the room above while we were trying to have a siesta - however one quick call the wonderful reception staff put a stop to it. The advertised pool is very misleading, it is tiny with space for only a couple of loungers in front. One area of loungers faced a plain wall, no more than a metre in front, therefore no sun at all. Layout for the pool and loungers needs to be reviewed. Or should not be advertised as it was very disappointing on a hot summers day. Other than that - id definitely stay here again for the initial points mentioned.

I recently stayed here and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable – especially the bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was perfect too, close to the attractions, bars and restaurants. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

Amazing location right in old town! We stayed in the new section and the room was immaculate. The rooftop pool was a great oasis when it was over 40 degrees. The valet parking was also very nice. Would highly recommend!

I liked how friendly everyone was from check in with Luis and the maids who always said Hello to the Breakfast buffet staff. The rooms were nice and clean and surroundings. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and it was so convenient to walk to the Cathedral and Alcázar palace and 12 mins walk to Plaza de Espana. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. We arranged a Welcome pick up taxi to and from hotel to make life easier as it was 42C and you don’t want to be wheeling heavy suitcases in that heat.
