This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. Be careful on the staircase. I would not recommend these units for older people or those with mobility issues. There is a small section of stairs that should have a handrail added for safety. Otherwise, we would stay here again!

Great location: walking distance to all the sights. There was even street parking if you had a car! Lovely flat overlooking busy square at junction of 3 streets. There are lots of cafes & bars below but the flat had good soundproofing so it was only a bit of an issue at the weekend. Everything was spotless and luxurious, however some things were hard to find as laundry facilities are in a cupboard on the roof! The street facing flats have lots of light and a long narrow balcony. It was lovely to let the fresh air in as I never got the hang of the air conditioner/heater. Nice roof terrace on 3rd floor accessible by the small, slow but very efficient lift. Note if you have mobility issues book flats on first floor as the stairs are very steep in most properties in Seville.
