The Rivet - Facing the Sea

Welcome to "El Rivet"

For your family vacations, we propose "El Rivet" our studio which can accommodate 4 people. It's very functional and well-equipped. In the living room, we have a 140 cm sofa bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
On the balcony, a table with a magnificent view of the sea and garden, it's the perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday with a sea view.
It's highly functional and fully furnished so you can enjoy your family holiday to the full, with everything you need close at hand.

Enjoy your vacation without worrying about housekeeping. When you arrive, you'll find a clean apartment, and when you leave
we take care of cleaning for you.
Travel light! We rent out bedding sets for 20 EUR per set during your stay.

Parking in the residence and secure bicycle garage.
Access gate directly in front of the beach, 50 meters away.
The Place de la Corniche is a 15-minute walk away, and the town center is also a 15-minute drive away.

Keys delivered directly to Conciergerie Charles Osborn between 2 p. m. and 7 p. m.
Compulsory deposit of 350 EUR: either cheque destroyed 14 days after departure or bank loan (additional charges apply with this option).

A member of the 'Charles Osborn' Property Private Concierge team will be responsible for welcoming you to the accommodation and handing over the keys.
The concierge service will be available throughout your stay and is at your disposal should you need any assistance.

You will reach the city center of Sète in 15 minutes by car to take advantage of the numerous daily shops: Halles de Sète market, Monoprix, flea market on Sundays.
The Place de la Corniche is near the apartment.

Included services:

Check-in: Included in the reservation, you will be greeted at the Charles Osborn concierge located at 22 Corniche de Neuburg, 34200 Sète. For late arrivals, access via a code box is available.
Check-out: Scheduled for 11 am at the latest.

Optional services:

Bedding set rental: For 20.00 EUR per bed. Included: 2 large towels, 2 small towels, a bath mat, and a dishcloth.
Baby high chair: Available for 5.00 EUR per day.
Baby cot/crib: For 5.00 EUR per day, ensure your baby has a peaceful night's sleep.
Pet: A cleaning supplement of 50 EUR is applied.
