- Bedroom 1 is a large loft open to the main floor. The loft has a black-out curtain partition for the set-back sleeping area, but the loft is not fully private. It features a king bed, TV, furniture and a small private bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower
- The lowest level includes a sofa with a queen-sized pullout that’s next to a full bath. A provided screen can help separate that area from the rest of the rec room
- Fireplace in the house is not for guest use. There is a fire pit on the hardscape for use
- Children’s access to the deepwater dock should be monitored and restricted by adults who are responsible for their safety. Guests who cannot swim should not enter the water, use kayaks or paddleboard
- For your safety, this property features exterior security cameras. They do not look into interior spaces. The cameras may actively record video and/or sound detected by motion while guests are in residence

Perfect lake home

We had such a great time at this home!!! It is the perfect lake house! Home was beautiful and clean! We enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit! So relaxing! Would stay here again!

This is the perfect vacation retreat. From location, to the stunning view from the deck, the screened in porch and patio, a boat dock with opportunity and beautiful water. This just is the best location for a week on the lake. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The landscaping was beautiful, we just had a wonderful vacation.

Great house, beautiful location

I took my daughter and her friends for a fun weekend on the lake. This house is located in a beautiful, quiet cove away from the boat traffic. It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would recommend this home to others! Also a great location not far from the marina where we rented a boat.

Awesome cove with deep clear water. Dock has great combination of sun/shade and the jet ski dock made it simple for us. The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was super responsive and exceptionally nice.

First time on Lake Keowee and we can't wait to return. The property was great and was exactly as described. Plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The upstairs deck is amazing. Really enjoyed the crystal clear warm water. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful home on quiet cove

Had a wonderful weekend with my HS senior daughter and her friend to celebrate. The location was perfect and the house was absolutely immaculate! We enjoyed grilling dinner and dining on the deck! Never left. Play ping-pong and kayaked and had a nice fire in the solo. Would definitely rent again!!

Great location, nice, well-kept lot. The kitchen has no cabinet space for groceries.

We rented a boat nearby for a couple of days. The lake is beautiful, great views everywhere. The house was great, a bit quaint, but everyone had their own bed and space. The kitchen is a bit too small with no cabinet space for groceries.

The lake house was a great location to use as home base for Clemson graduation. We had several family members (7 total) joining and everybody had their own space. The home was clean and well supplied. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The fire pit and supplied kayaks made for a nice touch.

Wonderful Week on the Lake!

We have multiple kids at Clemson and have stayed on the lake for move-in week and other events during the year. By far, one of the best places we have stayed. Wonderful lake property. Clean, comfortable and good amenities. Located on a quiet cove. We enjoyed the dock, kayaks, paddle board. Screened in porch a plus, where we enjoyed a few family competitions on the ping pong table. Owner communication was great and very smooth check-in process. Will definitely look to stay here again for future trips!

Perfect family retreat on Lake Keowee

Our family had a fantastic time at this lovely home on Lake Keowee! The house’s location directly on the lake was great and the views were beautiful. Our children (ages nine and five) loved swimming and fishing off of the dock, and we all enjoyed using the kayaks to explore. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house had all of the amenities you could possibly need. The upstairs deck was a wonderful location to enjoy all of our meals and the fire pit area was the perfect spot to end our days with some s’mores and stargazing. With the marina nearby and space to dock directly at the home made it very convenient for us to rent a boat. Overall, we would highly recommend this home as it provided us with a fun getaway at a beautiful location!
