Spacious room but dirty and smelly

"Complimentary airport delivery service was great, the drivers are all very friendly. However, the room was not clean enough, bed linen was dirty and the bathroom was smell very badly. I'd like to compliment their drivers but really disappointed with the works of their housekeeping."

"Great staff—housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, porters—all really good at their jobs. Semarang being a fairly big city, you can’t get an ideal location for sightseeing, but the hotel is probably as good as it gets. Two big malls very close by, Simpang Lima just a minute away, and clean sidewalks to stroll. The breakfast is plentiful and good. Recommended hotel, for sure."
