Stylish, Midcentury, Spacious and Bright, Private Hot Tub, Red Rock Views

Our open-concept ranch home offers spacious living, a relaxing spa tub, red rock views, and walking access to two major trail systems. Kick back in the great room and gaze out at Thunder Mountain and the famous Coffee Pot Rock. Designed with comfort and style, this combined living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for enjoying meals and laughter with friends or family. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate up to six guests in comfort. Our master bath was recently renovated and features a walk-in rainfall shower and large, lighted mirror.

Located in vibrant West Sedona, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and both town theaters. A stadium-seating theater and an art-film theater are both just a few blocks away on 89A. The best of Verde Valley Wine Country is just a 20-minute drive south on Page Springs Road (don’t miss DA Ranch and Page Spring Cellars).

Sedona is a Dark Sky Community and you'll enjoy the stars right from the bubbling hot tub or around the gas fire pit on the patio on clear nights. A quick drive to Uptown or Tlaquepaque takes you to the heart of art galleries and shopping.

Great Room: Features include contemporary-style furnishings with a mid century flair, 65” Smart TV with cable and Sonos surround sound system, and a cozy gas fireplace and throw blankets for winter high-desert nights. Hang out with an assortment of board games, cards, and puzzles, including a chess board and vintage Clue. Gaze out at the natural light and red rock views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Kitchen: The kitchen has been stylishly updated and is well equipped with dinnerware, utensils, and both stainless and non-stick pots and pans. Stainless steel appliances include a gas 5-burner chef’s stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The designer countertops offer breakfast-bar seating for three and a built-in butcher block. A blender, Keurig coffee maker, and barware all contribute to a relaxing and fun stay.

Dining Area: The dining area offers a table and seating for four and access to the patio with outdoor dining for 6.

Master Suite — King size bed, Smart TV and access to a private patio with outdoor seating and a cactus garden. The private master bathroom was just renovated and offers a large, variable light mirror, a walk-in glass / tile shower with a rainfall shower head.

Bedroom 2 — King size bed, a Smart TV, armchair, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a variable light mirror.

Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed, a Smart TV, work desk, lounge chair, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a variable light mirror.

Our home offers a lovely and private backyard. Relax in the adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit or in the comfy hammock. Grill up your favorites on the gas BBQ and enjoy your meals outdoors. Perfect home in Sedona

So pleased with the lovely home. Had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Lovely decor, very clean, and a great location in town. Walking distance to the trails and a hot tub to enjoy after long hikes. Gas fireplace was a nice way to end to the evening. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Beautiful house in perfect location

The house is beautiful and has everything you could want. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and the living and outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying Sedona. It is located close to trails and the most popular areas, while still feeling quiet. The hosts were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional home in Sedona

This place was outstanding! We really loved everything about it. We had never been to Sedona and this home did not disappoint. Perfection in Sedona

My family just celebrated my dad's 80th birthday and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location of the house was perfect - a quick walk to Oak Creek Brewery and a couple different trail heads, and a quick drive to downtown Sedona. The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated in an eclectic mid-century style. The owners thought of everything too, with plenty of cooking supplies, towels, a Sonos sound system, dimmable lighting, a fireplace, a shaded dining table and hot tub in the backyard for relaxing, and super comfy beds. The owners were great with communication as well and responded immediately to help us when we had an issue with the dishwasher turning on (something they mentioned was at the top of their "fix" list). Overall, we all loved this place and didn't want to leave. We have a new home away from home for any future Sedona trips!

Perfect home with gorgeous views

We had a gray time. The house is beautifully appointed, bright and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, if only a little far from the main action in Sedona. The hot tub was wonderful, and the yard was nice to hang out in.

Fabulous Sedona property

Excellent home in a nice and central neighbourhood in Sedona. Pictures accurately depict the property. The home is very well equipped with everything you would need and everything is in good condition. We hiked up Sugarloaf Mountain for sunset one evening and were there all alone - unlike the previous night when we drove up to the airport. We appreciated many of the little things, such as the Sonos sound system, subscriptions to Disney and Prime on the tv, the firepit, the parking pass, having olive oil to cook with - who wants to buy a whole bottle of oil when you just need a few drops here and there! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Clean property - very well equipped!

This home was clean, spacious, and well equipped for any needs we had during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and dish ware. They are responsive when you need assistance with anything and very communicative regarding the details of your trip. There are clear signs and a binder with house rules and recommendations for your stay. This property truly feels homey and comfortable. I dont have any complaints and we will be looking to book here again in the future.

This property has met all our needs beyond expectations!!! Which made our vacation dreamy and delightful. We entered a well-kept, clean house, with intoxicating smells… This property has got everything and anything you might need to make your vacation a dream!!! A spoiling Hot Tub facing Red Rocks, a Campfire place, a fully stocked kitchen to the smallest details, stunning sofas facing fireplace, amazing lighting, designer bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners of this property paid special attention to the design of the house for the max enjoyment of the guests down to the smallest details!!!

Fantastic spot for a family vacation

The house is impeccably decorated and spotless. You will find all that you need, and the attention to detail was impressive. From the fully equipped kitchen to the already hot spa, everything was set to make our stay perfect, including board games, a grill, a massive TV for the kids, a hot tub, and more. The views are not too shabby either! The property managers are super responsive too. Nothing short of a 5 star stay!
