Step inside and instantly feel transported to your very own zen-like sanctuary. After a day of hiking or exploring the nearby trails, unwind in solitude or soak in the private 2-person lounger Tuff Spa under the stars.

The outdoor space is completely fenced for privacy from the main house. Enjoy peaceful evenings around the fire pit or dining al fresco under the stars.

Please note: There is a small shed in your section of the yard (near the entrance gate) that may occasionally be accessed by our cleaning team or host.

Great Place to Stay in Sedona

This is a wonderful little hideaway with great views and is well taken care of….the private patio and hot tub make it perfect for a Sedona getaway. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to hiking etc. I will definitely book it again if I am in Sedona.

Little House under the Stars

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The guest house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view was lovely and the location by Thunder Mountain was convenient. We star-gazed from the outdoor area and hot tub. The only drawback was the close proximity to the main house which felt less private when we were outside.

Cozy Spa Getaway

The one-bedroom in West Sedona was like a cozy little spa getaway. The place was well-stocked, with cozy robes, and all the comforts of home plus a hot tub. The location was convenient, about 10-15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Theresa and Mike were gracious and responsive hosts. Would stay here again!

West Sedona Gem!

Fantastic super clean property that was the perfect launching point for my trip to Sedona. This was a fine property for our week vacation. We have been to Sedona several times, and this was one our best places. Great for a couple who loves to hike because you are in an excellent location to get to many hikes. Close to very nice restaurants. Driveway parking and good stuff in the kitchen like a microwave, coffee machine, and spring water dispenser. We will return to this lovely little place!

It's a very nice, convenient, and safe area. We had everything we needed in the house. Me and my partner were able to walk close to thundermountain Trailhead in the morning. At night we watched the stars in the hot tub and it was wonderful. We had a great time exploring nature and downtown Sedona. It's a very unique city. Such a great trip to celebrate our two year anniversary. We would definitely come back again! And thanks to the hosts for the complimentary wine. Much appreciated

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful view of thunder mountain. Very clean and well maintained property inside and out. Perfect size for 2 people. Really enjoyed the decor aesthetic. Hot tub is clean and very well maintained. Perfect location to walk to trail heads and just far enough away from the touristy parts of sedona.

Vrbo system works

At times things happen beyond the control of anyone. Our initial location had no hot water due to a faulty heater. The host was very responsive, and we tried all approaches to remedy the situation. Spent the night there (with half refund) and then they moved us to another location. The point is the VRBO system for handling situations works - by having a host who is reachable and follows through. Our example should provide a level of comfort when using VRBO. Thank you for the extra needed assistance.
