Beautiful Luxury Home for Rent in upscale Sun Up Ranch Sedona
This gorgeous home has 5200 sf with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. It's on about an acre of land with an awesome view of Gun Sight Rock, Southwest of Bell Rock.
Huge Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 2 head walk-in shower, & large walk in closet. 3 bedrooms (queens) are connected to each other with a jack-n-jill style bathroom including an extra deep bathtub. 1 guest room (queen bed) with walk-in closet and has ensuite bathroom. There's also a finished basement with a fold down full size bed as an extra sleep area. 4 fireplaces, one is a kiva style in kitchen, one in living room, & one in basement, all propane. Another is an outdoor wood burning fireplace upstairs on deck. Kitchen is over 500 sf with adjoining open dining room. 2 dishwashers. Laundry room. Excellent backyard patio with 11' island style grill, pergola, outside dining table, putting green, & hot tub for 6 adults. Cornhole & Giant Jenga games. Large nicely landscaped front yard with another putting green.
Finished basement is an additional 980 sf with pool table & full bathroom. Upstairs room is about 500 sf and accesses an upper deck with view of entire Oak Creek valley as well as a pull out twin bed.
House has a total of 7 beds. (1 king, 4 queens, 1 full futon, & 1 twins) Another queen inflatable bed is available upon request and/or memory foam twin mattress.

This is a beautiful home in an isolated neighborhood in the village of Oak Creek. The views of the mountains are phenomenal. The backyard is amazing with the Koi pond and putting greens and just the layout. We rented this house for a business trip with my associates, but I’m going to rent it again for a couples trip sometime in the near future. George, the owner is great.

Very comfortable place to stay for all 11 of us. The back patio is lovely and the view is spectacular! Decor is a little dated but furniture was comfortable. Little confusing to know what supplies we could use since the owner didn’t lock up his personal supplies like most owners. Overall a great home in a in a beautiful location!

Great Christmas Stay!

We held a family reunion. The home had stunning views out the back window and yard and had a wonderful layout for a large gathering. George had the house decorated for Christmas and the home provided plenty of space for six adults. I highly recommend staying her and expect to return (if available) in a couple of years.

Wonderful family/ extended family vacation

Spacious house was great for our family….room to spread out. Appreciated the large kitchen and dining table for 12 of us. All the “toys”…pool, ping pong, putting green were enjoyable. Liked the quietness of the area compared to Sedona. Only compaint was the hot tub was not hot enough.

Oasis away from home

This truly was an amazing house. There was something for everybody from a putting green to a pool table to ping pong to the fire pit. We truly enjoyed every bit of it. Our only regret is not spending more time at house since we were busy exploring Sedona. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Oak Creek Village

The house was huge. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen. Cooked several meals. After hiking during the day we all loved the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, corn hole and putting green! Loved the location, beautiful views, so relaxing! Also, used the fire pit twice to make s’mores. Great for multiple families!

The house was large and worked very well for our family of 13 (5 kids ranging in age from 19-15) and 8 adults. The kitchen and outdoor space, as well as two large living spaces, were fabulous. We did bring an airbed for an additional bed and we needed it. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. And the Clark's market just down the road made it so convenient to get to the store, etc. Thank you for a wonderful spot to celebrate Christmas as a family.
