You're on the ground floor. Owner lives upstairs and there's a sound proofed adjoining wall to another apartment in the back of the house. Make it your new home away from home!

Sedona Garden Studio

I really enjoyed my stay. The studio was comfortable, centrally located, and very well kept. I was in Sedona to do a few days of hiking, and this was a perfect spot. The owners live upstairs, but the studio has a separate entrance, and the owners respected my privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Sedona

The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our overnight stay. The owner was very responsive when there was an internet outage and took care of the situation very promptly and it was a lot of fun chatting with her and getting to know her a bit! Excellent location to access all the trails, retail shops and other tourist locations within same day.Studio space was great for 2 with storage space in the large bath and closet. NICE outdoor seating during our days with temps in the 60's.Nice quiet residential neighborhood for walking.

Dark check in

Arriving after dark was very difficult, unfortunately I wasn't able to get there until midnight and almost gave up on trying to find the place. This is one time it would have been great for someone to leave the porch light on. I know there's an ordinance in West Sedona that prohibits that but seriously I've never had so much trouble finding a place in the pitch dark

The location was great and check in process was very easy! The space was good for a couple and had the basic necessities. It was nice to have a small refrigerator for drinks. The bed was not very comfortable but tolerable since it was only 2 nights.

Super Cute and Perfect little place.
