The space

This lovely casita is separated by the main house and has a separate entrance for total privacy.
Tucked away on a quiet street this calming space has easy and quick access to downtown Sedona. Full of light and thoughtfully decorated it makes for a perfect getaway for tranquility and relaxation.
Unwind at this bright, colorful design space and enjoy the modern open-plan living area. Full size bed with an extremely comfortable mattress awaits you after the long sunny days out and about. The couch could sleep an additional guest or even two if they would like to snuggle. Two large armchairs are available for additional guests or to make a movie night even better. TV station with a Netflix account is there to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a toaster oven, coffee maker, stove top, refrigerator, and a microwave - just about anything you might need in case you are in the mood to cook up a storm. A charming dining area with tall bar stool awaits anyone who would like to join the feast.
Lovely porch awaits you out in the open to indulge in your morning coffee, enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or simply get some fresh air. There is also a huge backyard with a garden. For the business traveler, an iron is available and fast internet connection with Wifi and the possibility to connect to the router via an ethernet cable for even greater speed. - private parking (space for 1 car - 2nd car possible but need to confirm)
- access to backyard and garden.

You won't have access to:
- main house and studio building (unless rented separately)
- hot tub by main house
- patio by main house

Interaction with guests

Your host will be on the property and available for anything you need or traveling but staying in touch and arranging for support for your every need to be provided on time.
