The day before we were coming to Sedona I received a text from managing service saying owner had canceled our reservation and was not responding to them -the owner never contacted me nor did he refund my money at time he cancelled our reservation so I would know we didn’t have lodging in Sedona - it was very inconsiderate of him to leave us stranded - thank goodness the management company could get us into another unit at same facility for 2 of nights which was a very nice place to stay - then we had to drive to Cottonwood and stay at Best Western which was inconvenient as we had booked all day tour and we were tired afterwards - we had to pack up and then still had to drive to another town for lodging - very unprofessional service by the owner -
