The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which I found to be a refreshing experience. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear conversations from other rooms, especially late in the evening. I also suggest replacing the bathroom amenities (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) as they did not have a pleasant scent. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location in the heart of downtown, close to the beach. You can easily walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and coffee houses."
