Escape to your gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath direct riverfront beach house retreat. If you are a wildlife enthusiast, this is the perfect destination for you and your family. With two complimentary kayaks, sit back and paddle to discover all the possibilities from dolphins, manatees, turtles, birds and many many fish. Sit back and enjoy the million-dollar view from multiple spots of this home while spectating many boats of all kinds, jet skis etc. cross your home.

This Riverfront "Waterhouse" is a beautiful riverfront house with 3 bed room + 1 queen sofa bed - 2 full baths - perfect for any family or families. All rooms and living room are equipped with smart TVs (no cable tv, but unlimited streaming). There is a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, beautiful funitured patio, washer/dryer, ping pong table, cornholes, bbq & Kayaks. There is no Dock yet, however Boats/jet skis can be tied off to a post if needed. There is plenty of room to park a 24ft boat in front of the house. This area of the river benefits some of the best local fishing and is ideal for canoeing/kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina. You're minutes from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.
