You’ll have full access to the entire unit, including two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed—plus a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. You'll also enjoy the convenience of two private bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups.

We provide contactless entry. You can connect with us on the platform and are able to assist you with anything you need. We can also call you if there are any issues. Have a wonderful stay.

Available by the app or can call For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks' worth of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $150-350.

House Rules:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house and on the property. Please smoke away from the property if you are a smoker. ($1000 fine)

2. No Parties or loud Events: Parties and large gatherings of over the max people are not permitted. ($1000 fine)

3. Check-in is 4pm and Checkout is 10am. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning. If you need early check-in, please message the host and we can prioritize your early check in.

4. Check-out time Is 10am. The cleaners arrive shortly after. If guests are not out by then there will be a late check fee charged to guest for the inconvenience to the cleaners. $80/hr will be charged due to excessive mass.

5. Cleaning: guests are expected to leave the house in a reasonably tidy state. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed.

6. Communication: If any issues arise during the stay, guests are encouraged to communicate promptly so that they can be addressed as quickly as possible.

7. Quiet time and respect for neighbors: Guests should be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise levels down and not blocking driveways or common areas. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment and not to disturb our neighbors.

8. Damage and Losses: Guests will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. A security deposit might be collected to cover potential costs.

9. Appliance and Energy Usage: To conserve energy, please turn off lights, appliances, and the heating/cooling system when not in use.
