The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bed was firm but comfortable. The only negative was in relation to the secondary security swinging door lock. It’s only screwed to the door frame trim and not into the frame. It flexes out of position and does not stop the door from being opened.

This was a great place to stay in Redmond. We had stayed at this inn a few years ago and thought it was absolutely awful. When we heard it was under new ownership we decided to give it another try. We were VERY pleased.
