(This is for private review for your reference) The hotel was totally occupied by violent gansters. After I made reservation, I walked from parking lot to the lobby, a strong "electric Wave" attacked me. I entered into the room. The room had lot pressure to my head. I can't stay there for more than 2 minutes. So I rushed out. I went back to check if it is better, it is getting worse. I dare not stayed there for 1 more minutes. I asked to get refund. The manager asked me to call back next day. I doubt the criminal Org to trace where I am, so I didn't call back. You should give me the refund. Even your web site said that nun fundable. This is a special criminal case. Your company should refund to me. Thank you. (Don't put in the public review. This is a private claim and application. You can check in the police record.)

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Close to highway so you can hear traffic but not too bad with the heater on

Staff was nice shower was clean but room had trash behind the chair beds were loud and uncomfortable, restroom spelled of urin and shower temp never stayed and fridge in room was super loud
