The perfect all around place for your daily living needs. You'll first notice the house was completely remodeled in 2023. With this you get access to the level 2 electrical car charger. After you unpack, you are within a mile to Ballinger Park for an evening stroll or venture over to the grocery store and restaurants down the street. Once you return home enjoy the Roku TV, get some work done in the office with a sit/stand desk, or relax in the hot tub. You'll find this house has all you need.

This house was perfect for our family. Lots of space, very clean, nice neighborhood, everything you need and the owner is easy to work with and quick to respond. The home is close to food, light rail and entertainment. If I go back to Seattle, I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in process was a breeze and the host was great with communication. The property was just as the pictures advertised. Everything was incredibly clean with comfortable beds, plenty of linens, towels, and toiletries. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the location was incredibly convenient. Quick to get on the freeway and around the Seattle area. We had 4 adults and 1 baby and there was plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and cared for well, and had a wonderful time. Just a side note-the stairs into the home itself were a little steep for anyone who has mobility issues. It wasn't a problem for those in our group this time, but something to be aware of. We would love to stay at this property again in the future.
