The apartment is on the top floor of a multi family home right across the street from the open bay. Across the street is a dock that you can crab/fish from that rents boats and wave runner's along with a restaurant. 3 blocks away from the legendary seaside heights Boardwalk and beach. The property has a pool, grill, bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen to make you feel right at home. Mostly everything in the unit is brand new, from the furniture to the flooring and carpet.
