"Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. We stayed 1 night out of our planned 7 and left. Booked another hotel and so glad we did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not be tempted by the cheap price as we were."

"There was no room service did not come to change bed sheets or clean the room or the bathroom
So I asked them to change my room which they did but the same problem no service
Then the dining area the food was not marked what it is also there was hardly any food for vegetarians all I had for seven days was rolls and chips so was not the holiday we wanted after ten years "
