This cabin was lovely and cozy, with a lot to love. The upstairs bed was definitely a double bed and although it needed some updated furniture outdoors, we had a nice time in the summerhouse on the upstairs deck. There was plenty of hot water and it was very clean.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet place in the woods away from everything else in a corner of Mt Desert Island, this is for you. There is nothing nearby - no restaurants or shops -- but the deck on the top floor looking out to the woods is relaxing and the great room very much so as well. But if what you want is the bustle and vibrancy of Bar Harbor, or even the quieter stroll through Southwest Harbor, this place is far from that.
