At first the room felt quaint, followed by quirky. But it quickly becomes queer. Wallpaper was falling off the wall, furniture was dirty and it wasn't possible to access the double bed from both sides. Certainly not a good room for anyone who is tall as it's set in the eaves.

A beautiful location, staying within an actual castle grounds. The breakfast was amazing and catered for myself and my partner who is vegetarian. All members of staff were really friendly including the cat that greeted me as I went for breakfast. The only negative was how loud the room above was throughout the 2 night stay, but we still slept well and had a great time.

The perfect Halloween experience. We started by doing the escape room that situated on the grounds. On the evening, we did the Elizabethan banquet with a Halloween twist.. Food and drink was all fantastic and the room was out out of this world. Super quirky but refined. It’s almost like staying at Hogwarts

Room was amazing but only issue it was way to hot after 1st morning waking with a headache due to heat i asked reception if could they maintenance team check the thermostate as he said he get someone to check sadly after 3 nights 2 morning waking up with heafache no one came.
