This spacious 1 bedroom/2 bath condo has plenty of room to relax and unwind!

The front porch chairs are the perfect spot to start your day with a morning cup of coffee. A lovely tile entry awaits your arrival. Hard wood floors run through the heart of this townhome. The great room is anchored at one end with sliding doors and beautiful water views from the marina. A dining table seats four and the living area has comfortable furniture. A large Smart TV is available for your entertainment. For those who need to touch base with the office, no worries, the owners have a desk work space for you in the living area. Walk through the sliding doors out to your balcony. Pull up one of the four stools and be entertained with the incoming and out going boats. The marina and water views provide constant entertainment. There is a propane grill located on the deck. The kitchen has custom cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ample storage in the closets. Floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the marina. The primary bathroom has a sink/vanity space separate from the tiled walk-in shower. Behind one of the bedroom closets is the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. There is also a secondary bathroom with a shower for any guests. Overnight guests can use the full size Murphy bed hidden behind the townhome's dining area.

For the boat lover this is an ideal rental! Please Note: no access to SBI Club but access to SBI beach is available as well as access to Lake House outdoor pool (free). Passes to the Lake House facilities allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

The family dog is welcome: 30 lbs. or less (additional pet fee applies/nt). Dogs must be on leash when outside on property and regime grounds.

Parking permit is to be displayed in vehicle windshield and no more than 2 parking passes allowed.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

*1st Gate pass is $65 and each additional pass is $45/ vehicle (*includes a new fee Bohicket Marina Village is charging at $20 per rental to access the gate at the condo complex beginning Jan. 1, 2025). This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
