This lovely villa is located on Seabrook Island within the Bay Pointe gated community. Spend the day at the private beach or swim in the Bay Pointe private pool. You will be within walking distance or a short bike ride from the Lakehouse, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village.
• BEACH: 2.2 miles from beach access. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Please note that this specific property does not offer access to the private Seabrook Island Club facilities (Beach Club pools, club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts are excluded).
• POOL: Complimentary access to both the private Bay Pointe complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Even without club amenity cards, guests enjoy access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are permitted at this villa complex. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
