Beautiful home in the perfect location. Everything was clean and as described. The sunsets were stunning and it was refreshing to see the abundant wildlife (dolphins, birds, rabbits, and deer) from our deck. Our family had a wonderful visit and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Perfect location for our family reunion!

Another wonderful stay

This was our third trip in a year to this property. We love the house and the location! It's perfect for a family getaway and for working remotely.

Great home in perfect location!

Our first time to Seabrook Island, we had a wonderful time in this lovely home! It is spacious, comfortable, very well-stocked with everything one could possibly need or want, and has an owner who is incredibly responsive to any questions! We would highly recommend staying here and will be back again!

Townhouse is very spacious and clean!

We really enjoyed the house! Great location! Rent bicycles before you arrive and bring or rent helmets. We loved cycling around the island.

Beautiful setting on water. Great location and amazing sunsets

House was very nice and spacious. Very accommodating in answering questions. Location perfect as had beach, nearby pool, across the street from golf...great amenities and would go back.

Perfect stay

We couldn’t have asked for more for our family vacation. The house was more than comfortable for our family of 8. We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans from the back deck, walking along the shoreline at low tide, and exploring Seabrook and all its amenities. I highly recommend this property.

What wonderful views! Close to outdoor pool and dining - just steps to the beach. We rented bikes and explored the island. Great family vacation. House was immaculate, week-stocked and well maintained. We plan to come again.

Awesome ocean views

Great back deck with excellent views of the ocean and sunsets. We had wine on the back deck every night watching the sunset. Excellent restaurants in the area with great seafood. You should check out the Fat Hen for good southern cooking. Great golf and fishing when or if you get board of the beach.

Amazing Waterfront Spot

We absolutely loved our week at Seabrook!! The house is absolutely stellar. We are right on the water in front of an empty beach (at least in April). Whether we were sitting on the lovely porch, relaxing on the beach, or sampling the amenities of the community, our stay was amazing.

Wonderful house, beautifully appointed and well equipped! Proximity to the club house and outdoor pool is a definite plus as is the private access to the lovely sandy beach in back of the house.

Best location on Seabrook

The location, and features of this property are perfect for our family of six. I have no qualms giving this the highest rating. The amenities and shopping area near by are fantastic. Also recommend booking a fishing charter if you get a chance. Overall 10/10, excellent!

Great house.

We had a great week in Seabrook and the house was one of the best parts. We had three generations of family in the house for a week and everyone was comfortable. The house was clean and modern, and the location can't be beat. Additionally, the owners were available for questions through the stay and any issues we had were quickly dealt with. We would stay here again without reservation.

Best home on Seabrook oceanfront

I absolutely loved this home! Beautiful views of sunsets, dolphins, boats. One of the few homes that is truly waterfront. Even got to experience Hermione! Sumter is a very helpful and gracious host with numerous recommendations. I will definitely be back!

Perfect oceanfront house!

This property has everything and is beautiful inside and out. Right on the beach with perfect ocean views and amazing sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming right outside our door every day. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect every day, the house was everything we needed and made up for it. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. Amazing!

There were 8 of us. Six adults and our two grandsons ages 3 and 5. The house was beautiful, we were a short walk or Golf cart ride to the pools and outdoor restaurants. I would absolutely suggest this Property to everyone. The hosts were absolutely gracious and sincerely want to Make sure your stay is Perfect!

Lifetime Memories

Our weeklong stay was one of the highlights of the year for me and my family. The house is just beautiful and super functional with all you want or need. I am not sure if I loved the unsurpassed ocean view out of the living room or the ease of navigating the beach and pool amenities more. Truly a week that generated memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect 90th birthday celebration

Thank you Lynda and Sumter for sharing your beautiful home. My siblings and I were looking for a special place to celebrate our Mother's 90th birthday, and we certainly found it in your Seabrook Island home. She called me today to say it was "The trip of a lifetime for her". Thank you for helping create such a memorable experience.

Wonderful property!

We recently stayed with two sets of grandparents and our toddler. The property was very clean, well kept, and had beautiful beach views! The elevator was key for my in-laws. The location was great—a block away from the pool and restaurants, very easy to navigate. The only downside was there were times of day that the tide came the whole way up to the pier steps so we had to be a bit strategic about when we went out back, but there are plenty of other areas of beach access and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property in beautiful setting

We stayed 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The property is perfectly situated on Seabrook Island within walking distance of all amenities, of which there are plenty. The home was well appointed and spotless with all the necessary conveniences. The hosts went above and beyond the call of duty to assure our stay was problem free, responding to every query promptly. We intend on returning as soon as possible. My only point of note is that this property has a boardwalk leading directly to the water during high tide, so I'd advise caution with small children.
