This North Beach vacation home offers exceptional value for 4 bedrooms and amazing beach proximity. This reverse floor plan features the living areas upstairs. The living room has hardwood flooring and soaring, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan for great air circulation. The sofas are super comfortable and the huge HDTV offers Comcast cable channels with DVD and enhanced sound for fun movie nights and exciting sports program viewing. The deck off the living area is a great place to relax and catch ocean breezes. The kitchen is nicely updated and has everything you need for in house dining. There are two dining areas, an eat-in kitchen table and a larger table in the dining area with a pass through to the kitchen. A full size washer/dryer is conveniently located on the lower level.

2258 Rolling Dunes comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a spacious suite on the upper level with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a beautiful, custom tile shower and double vanities. The additional bedrooms are on the lower level. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed and offers a nicely appointed private bath with a tub/shower, bedroom 3 has a king bed, TV and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, a TV and screened porch. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower.

This North Beach home rental is a quick walk to the beach or bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
