This Summerwind vacation cottage is nestled under the tropical landscape of Seabrook Island's maritime forest. Located a short bike ride from Pelican Beach, the Island House, Beach Club pools, and golf courses. It is perfect for an island holiday. The home is tastefully fitted with everything you will need.

Enter this property and come into the dining area which is located adjacent to the kitchen. There is seating for seven at the large "farm style" table. Prepare meals in the large fully stocked kitchen featuring granite counters, and new stainless steel appliances. The stacked washer/ dryer is in the laundry closet next to the kitchen. Gather in the living area with ample comfortable furniture for everyone to watch shows or movies on the large Smart TV with streaming services. Step onto the large screened porch and take in the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. You can dine around the table for 6 or enjoy conversation while lounging in the comfortable furniture.

The primary bedroom is next to the great room. This bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath. Sliding doors lead from this bedroom out to the screen porch. The primary bath has a quartz topped vanity and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms sit behind the barn door on the other side of the main cottage living area. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. A sliding door leads out to the deck. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk bed with an XL twin over a queen. Between the two guest rooms bedrooms is a full bath with a large walk-in shower.

Enjoy the outdoor space this cottage provides. There is a Weber grill on the deck off the screen porch and guest bedroom. Under the cottage, the car port area has been finished for fun! You will find a ping-pong table, a separate seating area and an outdoor shower for washing off those sandy toes. A Tesla charger is in the carport (additional fee applies.) Enjoy the views of both Seabrook Island's champion golf courses and a large lagoon.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
