Bed very uncomfortable, shower drain very slow and there were tacks on the carpet were the carpet and the tile meet I pricked my toe twice. I made someone aware but still no fix.

This is our go to hotel to stay at with our family, when in the area. Upon our arrival, our room is already when we check-in from the app, with our mobile key ready for us to head straight to our room. The rooms are always clean and have a modern decor.
