Very poor service, they will not provide clean towels, I kept calling and even went to front desk for towels, still no help. Rooms and corridors are stinking, carpet is old. Rooms gets very dirty fast. Pools are very dirty and not cleaning, my son got sick. We checked out early. It’s very old property. Parking and pools are very over crowded. Stay away from this property.

They do not provide the towels, we kept calling front desk and even went to them, they will not help. rooms and corridors are stinking, it’s very old property, pools are not cleaned. My son got sick after swimming in the pool. Very bad experience. Please stay away from this hotel.

When I was checking in, the room wasn’t in clean good condition. A candy wrap was on the bad, and a trashcan wasn’t empty. One of the towels was unfolded like somebody has just used. When I reported this to the front desk they seem indifferent, not even saying “Sorry” to me. I have been coming here so many times, but this wasn’t the best experience.

We love the hot tubs at Miracle Springs. Our family has enjoyed the location, hot tubs, view and bar/restaurant for years. We wouldn’t change a thing. Great family atmosphere and value.

Our room had scalding hot water coming out of the cold knobs of sink and tub there was no cold water to take a shower after being in the mineral springs or to brush your teeth! When I go to a hotel part of the amenities include being able to shower and brush your teeth. I reported it to front desk nothing changed not even a follow up phone call to let me know they had a problem with their well. I took away from that they weren’t worried about guests getting burned. Very disappointed! ☹️
