"Beautiful location for this 4 star hotel. Easy access to central Porto everywhere you want to go . The staff is super nice and very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and the hotel included breakfast buffet. we celebrated my birthday the staff prepared a surprise morning cake with a candle and the entire hotel guests joined in to sing me happy birthday. The same night when we returned to our room we found a complementary bottle of bubbly and birthday cake the second plate . Sara was my contact at the hotel and she was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Cannot wait to return here soon Thank you the entire staff ."

"this hotel has a hidden gem. if you want good service, a smile and extra effort to make your stay very pleasant you must see Jasmine at the front desk. Her recommendations were on point. She went out of her way to contact us acting as a concierge for the hotel, although probably not paid as a concierge. whatever we needed she was there to help it. She took a day off and it was not a good experience, but she was back the next day to make it all better. As far as the hotel, it was pretty nice. the food was OK and the place was clean and spacious easy walk to all the bridges and tourist things. Port tasting and great food I must say watch out for the cobblestone streets. They have a lot of potholes as I hit one and fell on my knee and face."

"Loved the location of this hotel very easy to get to the shops the waterfront everywhere we need to go. Hotel was very clean nothing really to complain about. A great touch to have the freshly squeezed orange juice. Didn’t like the look of the mushrooms, bacon or sausages though. "
