This peaceful rural retreat offers the perfect blend of wide-open space for adventure and comfortable indoor gathering areas, making it ideal for multi-generational family reunions, friend getaways, baseball tournament stays, or relaxing weekends near Round Top.

Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (optional extra guests available with additional fee – please message us with your group size). The home features flexible sleeping arrangements with 11 beds: a king in the primary bedroom, multiple queens and doubles, bunk beds for kids, and a sofa bed. Three full bathrooms (one with grab bars) help mornings run smoothly for groups. Inside, you’ll find a large fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, living spaces, a dedicated game/playroom, fast WiFi, and a workspace.

Step outside to enjoy the best of Texas ranch life: a fishing pond, firepit for evening s’mores, covered porches with rocking chairs, a gazebo, expansive lawns for yard games, and plenty of room for kids to run and explore safely.

This is a true rural Texas ranch property on a gravel drive (standard vehicles are fine). Well water with softener and septic system – please flush TP only in toilets. Exterior security cameras on the driveway and key areas for your safety. No pets allowed. Outdoor smoking only. Professional cleaning after every stay.
