The space
The refined cabin-styled Carriage House greets guests from a tall, wood-railed staircase surrounded by a thicket of mature trees -- a feeling of utter privacy. Enter to immerse yourself in breathtaking wood surrounds--cathedral ceilings, doors and wide plank rustic wood floors. Finely detailed design completes itself with cherry kitchenette cabinets, granite countertops and stone shower. Unsurpassed workmanship and attention to detail. Winter weather? No problem, the HVAC system will keep you toasty warm.

You can sleep 2 adults and 2 children (or small adults) comfortably on a 5 star king bed and a daybed with an easy trundle pull out. (Small additional cleaning fee added for more than 2 guests)

The live edge wood table and stools extend the eating area to four and the kitchen is stocked with Keurig machine and coffee, Frig, Freezer, Microwave, 2-burner electric stove, Cuisinart cookware and four place settings for eating in.

You will be located at the foothills (really "dune hills" of Warren Dunes State Park and Beaches. Picturesque wooded walks to the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. This area is coined "Harbor Country", a small section of SW Michigan where you can find superb dining, award winning distilleries and wineries, bakeries, antique stores and boutique shopping. There are bike rentals available in the season for back-road cycling and hiking on the trails of Warren Dunes State Park and Warren Woods trails. Under 5 minutes away Louisa's Swedish Bakery in Harbert, Flagship fish, Gather, The Historian, Timothy's and Union Pier's Black Currant Bakehouse to name a very few.
