Perfect location! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the creature comforts of home and amenities you need to enjoy a stay in Savannah on the river. The elevator made it easy to unpack and pack belongings - several flights of stairs otherwise. Pet friendly and close to everything. Ongoing construction was a bit noisy. Some furniture on the roof deck would be ideal but I'm just being nit picky. Great stay!

This townhome was located right on the Savannah River, walking distance to River Street, and made for a wonderful weekend in Savannah.

Ideal vacay!

A fabulous place to stay. Right at the riverfront and access to everything. New hotels, shops, restaurants and more to come! We would definitely again and recommend to everyone. Management Office was so accommodating!

Staycation getaway

Had a wonderful time at this home. It was well appointed...everything you could need was available. Close to everything downtown and view of the river. We would definitely stay again if in Savannah.

Maybe the nicest VRBO ever !

Brand new town home. Cleanest VRBO I have seen. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just down the river from all the bars and tourist things. Great location to branch out and see everything in Savannah. Probably the easiest check in I have done. And I have stayed in over two dozen VRBO rentals around the country

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location as a short walk to River Street and the house was beautifully maintained. If you are considering booking this home, just do it! We will be back! We also had an issue with a small leak beneath the sink and they had maintenance out within an hour. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!!!

The pictures doesn’t do this property justice! This property is immaculate! Very clean, very well stocked, overall beautiful property. The only “hiccup” is that you can tell this is a new property due to small nuisances that only someone staying there will discover. However, I’m sure they will have all of this worked out very quickly. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers are lucid! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to River Street and had a great day! Oh, and it’s a smart home! We loved everything about it!

Awesome property, but too much construction noise

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen - we loved that! The only downside was that there was construction going on from 8 am to 6 pm every single day we were there. The noise was very distracting and there was no peace and quiet. We couldn't even go on the balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. This house is really 4 levels and there is an elevator. We'll definitely return (once all the construction is finished, that is).

Girls vacation in Savannah

I want to come back to Savannah and stay here again!! We were 6 women with ages spanning 40 years who gathered for some camaraderie, sunshine and cuisine. This VRBO had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax, get ready, gather together and visit. The location is convenient if you want to be near the river, Forsyth, and the Olde Pink House. The kitchen is roomy and well furnished. Check in and check out were easy. We had one rental car and no problem with parking. The decor is well done and there is an elevator! There are neighbors next door and this is not intended to be a loud party house (which means it is quiet at night for sleep). This charming location was perfect for our trip! Please enjoy some of the Savannah scenery :)

The home decor and cleanliness felt like "home away from home", it met my expectations.My only complaint and shared it with the general mgr was the bedroom level air conditioner did not work and the ceiling fans did not accommodate for the AC. Please consider removing the password needed to activate it, we never received it and nor was it addressed afterwards.I would stay there again only if AC worked on bedroom levels.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. Only problem was it has a lot of stairs. The elevator broke the first day and my elderly mother was stuck in the elevator at one point. Texted and called but no response from the company. We rented the house because it had an elevator. The house is well maintained. Had a hard time finding the house as you have to enter from the rear and there are no house numbers on the back of the house. We had to circle around 2x in order to figure out what house it was. The area is nice and there are plenty of walkable activities.

Reviewer Comments: The unit is nice. The location was okay. Had to have the elevator checked upon arrival (someone left one of the interior doors open) and the maintenance person arrived within 10 minutes. The kitchen faucet was very very loose and I requested maintenance, but nobody every showed up. Also, no paper towels or sponge and the dishwasher was full of (clean?) flatware. The only strange thing that happened was on the last night. The top floor master closet has an interior "owners" closet with a keypad. At 4:30 a.m. it sounded like someone was trying to get in or was doing some serious rearranging behind that door. Totally freaked me out for about 30 minutes. Luckily it was our last night (didn't get much sleep though)!Definitely convenient if you're driving and prefer not to leave your car on the street. Yes, lots of construction noise, but that's nearing the end for this location.
