Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. We loved the porch and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood!Clary’s for breakfast down the street, Bulls Street with so many amenities within walking distance. Excellent spot on one of the most beautiful streets in Savannah

The property is just as listed. Very, very clean and neat. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Savannah - a few blocks from Forscyth Park; a few blocks the other direction to the river front, and Jones street is absolutely beautiful in its own right. The city ordinances mandate quiet neighborhoods after 9:00pm, so even in the heart of the city, it is tranquil at night. We will most definitely stay there again.
