The house is located on the outskirts of the village, on a large wooded park, in a quiet area, the view is unobstructed over the countryside and in particular over the vineyard. You are close to Périgord, the Lot valley and at the gates of Quercy Blanc. PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL (8mx4mx1.3m). WIFI, Canal Sat, Canal+. On the ground floor: A large entrance with library, Kitchen open to the living room/living room, TV with Canal + and Canal Sat, 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom: Bedroom with 1 double bed 180 (2x90 electrical settings) and shower room, bedroom with 1 double bed 140 and shower room, bedroom with 2 single beds 80 (or 1 double bed 160) with shower room and toilet, separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with an extra bed, open to the entrance. Underfloor heating with heat pump and wood stove, VMC double flow. Outside: a terrace with garden furniture, wood barbecue and gas plancha, large open wooded grounds, a covered carport. Private heated pool. Ping pong table.
