Relax, Renew & Enjoy the View in this stunning vacation home! Lizzy's Place is a spacious three bed, two bath home perfectly located just a short walk (4 blocks) from all things Saugatuck. The home is on a corner lot with fenced in space as well as additional green space. There is a furnished back deck, outdoor fire-pit with seating and 2-car garage. The main floor has a full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, dining room, living room and king bedroom. Upstairs you'll find two more king bedrooms w/walk-in closets as well as a full bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 6.

The house was exactly as described! The check in and check out process was simple and the house was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were quick to respond when we had an issue with the cooling. It was great to find something with three kiing beds because usually when it sleeps six people you end up with a lot of twin beds or doubles. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property. The location is perfect. Saugatuck/Douglas and the surrounding towns are so much fun. We loved our home base while we explored the area. Beds are sooo comfortable Rooms are spacious and great closet space. Definitely will return.

Perfect family spot to stay in Saugatuck

We had such a great experience with our house! It was located on a quiet street but perfect walking distance from all the action in Saugatuck. It backs up to the high school football field, so there were no back yard neighbors. My favorite spot at the house was spending time on the back porch. There are fans overhead and such vibrant trees and plants all around the perimeter of the house. I loved waking up before my family to spend time on the porch. A vacation within our vacation! We loved the fire pit area too. Don't forget to bring your own firewood. One bedroom is located on the first floor, which was perfect for the grandparent in our group. Easy communication, very clean home, cozy and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Home

Lizzy's Place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. It was very cozy for a winter's stay with a fireplace and easy house access from the garage. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with walkable access to downtown. We look forward to renting the property again.

Goodbye Summer Weekend in Saugatuck

We had a wonderful weekend in Saugatuck! The weather was perfect and this home was delightful. Very cozy but roomy at the same time. Clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch. Very close to center of town just a short walk to shops and dining. Highly recommend for a lovely get away!

Perfect Location, wonderfully appointed!

We had a 2 night girls get away for a birthday celebration, this adorable home was perfect. I own rental homes, I am quite picky, and this home exceeded our expectations! Decorated perfectly, the 3 king beds - just the best having them. Home was spotless, decor was very nice and the mgt company even put up "happy bday signs" in the yard, a very nice touch! I will be back, and would recommend to others! So much to do in Saugatuck! Job well done!

Even better than the photos! Great location. Responsive hosts. Super clean and comfortable. Nice bathrooms - including downstairs primary suite with bathtub / shower combo, which was important to us. Comfy beds & linens. Everything was super spacious … for instance, crazy that the 2 upstairs bedroom closets were big enough to be rooms on their own. Large & verdant backyard. We loved gathering on the covered back deck with wine & apps the day it rained, and around the fire pit when the weather was clear. Recommended! :)

Saugatuck Family Getaway

Clean property with nice furnishings, good outdoor space and convenient location. Outdoor patio faces backyard, so provides nice privacy. First floor bedroom with attached bath was nice for our relative who has problems with stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property and Fantastic location

We stayed here with our 4 kids ( 11- 2), and the house was wonderful. Kids felt right at home, and had plenty of space to make it their own. The heated floor in the Master Bathroom was a pleasant surprise and made the mornings that much better. It's only a short walk to downtown, and there was minimal trafffic/noise at any time.

Cute, clean house

In Saugatuck for a wedding and this was a great place for us with 5 adults. It was about 1/2 mile to downtown so we walked, because parking was a bear! The house had everything we needed and more. We didn’t use the fire pit or grill because we had wedding festivities, but we surely would have used them had we had time. Would definitely recommend.

Family Getaway

We loved this adorable home. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. A huge plus was the location and the king beds. Although the weather didn't cooperate, the back covered porch is large and perfect for summer gatherings.
