The location was perfect for walking to shops and having dinner/drinks without needing to worry about driving. Other reviews mentioned the noise from the bands at the local bar, which is true. However, the band did not play late (I believe finished slightly after 11) and it was nothing that a sleep noise machine couldn’t handle. This location is ideal for a couple that plans to spend most of their time shopping and bar hopping. Also, eat at Phil’s. The outside looks like a dive bar but the food is incredible and the ambiance inside is awesome.

Nice place in great location

Great property. Only concern is lack of communication with property manager after arrival. I called and left a voicemail indicating there was not a bag to use for dirty linens and towels. I also sent an email indicating the same and did not receive a response. I would have appreciated confirmation that leaving dirty items in shower was ok.

Great location, difficulty with A/C unit

The location of the property is great, right down town across from the coffee shop. The place was clean which was great. The only real complaints we had was that A. We had trouble getting the A/C to run one night and had to turn it on and off until 1 am until it finally worked. The blue light on the A/C unit also shines very brightly in your face while trying to sleep. B. We found it interesting that the listing made it very clear that there were city ordinances about needing to be quiet at night, yet Wally's played very loud music until at least 11 pm every night we were there. We were out in the sun and walking all day so we were tired by 10 pm so this was a bit of an annoyance, especially given city ordinances.Additionally, this is the only rental I've ever stayed in that has asked that we strip the bedding, put it in bags, and take the trash out. Not the end of the world, but I was afraid to forget to do it while we were packing up to leave since it's something I've never had to do.

A Lovely Place!

It was very comfortable for my husband and I. It's located in a very great spot - close to food places and shops. We stayed here to go to the Holland Tulip Festival and it was the perfect distance!! Not to far but not too close either. I would highly recommend staying here.

Saugatuck weekend

Was told a few days ahead that our rental was having problems. We were moved to a beautiful older home. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the communications and adjustments. Would love to stay again. Thanks George and Robin.

Modest place, perfect location

Walley's Annex is an intimate stay I would recommend for couples only. There was not much privacy inside, which was fine for us! You cannot beat the location. You are in the middle of everything there is to do in downtown Saugatuck. Live music is right outside, and a coffee shop is right across the street. We loved our stay here!

Great time in the heart of Saugatuck

Located as close to the center of the action as you can get, this is a wonderful location to walk out your door and start enjoying Saugatuck. Perfectly sized for two, we had everything we needed for a long weekend. Comfortable accommodations, nearby bars, restaurants and shoes, and plenty of nearby activities a short drive away. Highly recommended

Be your own guest occasionally

Your property was in a great location for exploring the city. The property was clean and things like the kitchenette and bathroom were fine. What was not fine and not accurate was the streaming TV. We logged into our apps but the Wi-Fi was not capable of streaming. TV would work for about s as minute and then lose internet connectivity. The biggest problem with this rental was the complete failure of a bed for comfort. I am not referring to a “this bed is to firm or soft” issue. When you lay on this bed, you and your spouse will roll to the giant divot in the middle of the bed. You claim to be a Premier host. You and your spouse should try to sleep on this bed. This bed did not just spontaneously fail just before we arrived. If your response to this review is anything but “we are so sorry and yes we tested the bed and you are correct. We are replacing the mattress before our next rental”, then you should no longer be a host.

Our favorite place to stay in Saugatuck!

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was wonderful during our stay! We had a couple minor things come up and the staff was on top of helping us resolve it. You can't beat this location and amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location in town. Cute, clean place, just right size for us two! Great towel & hanger supply! Only downfall, hard to get in & out of bed with it against wall. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Perfect Place

I was searching for something centrally located and reasonable in cost and this place was exactly that. Once I got there, I loved the location even more! We could walk to anything downtown no problem, and it was great being in the middle of all the nighttime activities since most of the shops close up fairly early. It was exactly the right size for 2 adults and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay if I tried!

Nice Location

This place is right in th middle of all the action. We parked right in front of the place and the only time we moved the car was to go to the beach. The rental was nice and very clean.
