Made my day!
This is the best budget hostel on island. The rooms are windowless and pokey, the bed is comfortable and clean, wifi is very fast, bathrooms extremely clean, large shower with soap and shampoo provided, instant coffee/tea and hot water, ;large bottled eater jug for filling small bottles, attentive staff speaking English, can book boats for off island at discount price from reception. Right on the main street, heaps of restaurants etc. Sunrise Beach two minutes' walk, one of the best when the silly longtail boats don't use the beach as a boat pool. which makes safe swimming not possible--only happens when wind is unfavorable for parking on Sunset Beach, which is not as good due to coral chunks and overdevelopment. Place is located on fringe of local village, giving flavour of real island life.
