Excellent Stay

We made a quick trip to the beach before heading to Orlando. Wonderful accomodations - one of the few places where reality exceeded the pictures. Highly recommend

Celebrating our daughters 15th birthday

We had a wonderful time. My husband was able to reminisce about his vacations when he was younger. He was able to share memories with his kids. As well as us starting new memories with them. Looking to book a full week next year!

Beautiful Location

The proximity of the ocean to your door is an amazing thing. Beautiful view and to sit on porch and listen to that ocean roar is so relaxing. Loved that the Dunkin Donuts was right across the street. The place was very clean too. The only cons were the barking dogs at all times in other units, which is not the fault of this owner. The unit needs a fresh coat of paint and the beds are very firm. For the price I think the unit is fine, just needs a little attention. The view and the roar of ocean cancels out anything negative, even loss of sleep!!

nice stay

We had a nice stay while in town for a baseball tournament. As many have mentioned The unit is outdated but very clean. Nice central location to get to USSSA Space Coast Complex. The beach isn’t amazing. It’s fine during low tide but when tide is up it feels steep going into the water with little kiddos. There is also a lot of cement in the sand and washing up. This is to no fault of the owners but just a heads up if you are wanting a lot of beach time. Overall a decent place for our needs

Family Vaca at Paradise

Our stay at Paradise was fabulous! We had three different rooms and all were very clean and had all necessities. The beach was a little rough for the little ones feet but still beautiful! It’s peaceful and quiet. So relaxing!

Just wonderful

I'll admit that I almost didn't give this a review because it is simply a gem location that wasn't crowded! The unit was clean, the view was outstanding, the pool was lovely, and the ease of beach access just couldn't be beat!! It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely be back!

Relaxing Girls Weekend

Property was as described. We had plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 10 year old. The sunrise from the balcony was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. Only two items were addressed during our stay: We had difficulties with both TVs and changed the batteries in the remotes but still had problems. It wasn't of great importance, so we didn't contact the owner. Also, the bathroom faucet needs a new washer. We didn't have the tools to fix it ourselves. Sorry. Thanks for a nice condo!

Beach time

The property was in a nice area close to grocery and restaurants. The beach was only a few steps away and we had a great ocean view. Any time we were inside, we shut off the AC and opened the doors wide to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. They are adding some lights Oceanside. We hope they are minimal because we greatly enjoyed the view of the night sky on the clear nights. The night skies over the ocean and beach are a beautiful and valuable treasure.

Comfortable Rental

Beach is beautiful and close enough to Cape Canaveral that we were able to watch a night satellite launch from the unit. Although furniture appears older, it was so comfortable that I would not recommend updating it. We have stayed in numerous rentals that appear beautiful, but are so uncomfortable they are not enjoyable to stay in. The few minor issues we had were responded to right away. I would not hesitate to rent again in the future.

Everything you need

Condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. It may look unassuming and less flashy than some but it is clean, appliances and a/c work well. Kitchen is well appointed for prepping quick meals. Owner very helpful when I had difficulty accessing conversation on the rental platform. Only thing that would improve this is if there were a chair/umbrella service available- but I realize that cannot be controlled by owner.

Simple and Easy

Great place to stay. Management was quite responsive to the small issues we had. Only beef is the electrical needs to be updated. Lamps everywhere, hard to find places to plug in charges in the rooms with all of the lamps. Definitely worth a return visit though.
