To close doors properly you have to slam them shut & that woke me a couple of times & I was unable to access your contactless arrival. Great idea just wouldn’t work for me

Hotel is close to airport but is needing a renovation. First room we received, was not cleaned. Was moved immediately to a better one.

Arrived at airport at 2am and called for the shuttle. The vehicle was frozen from the very unusual freezing cold weather, but the desk clerk said he would pay the cab cost which was very nice of him. Also the morning staff offered an extension cord for my car which I didn’t need but really appreciated!
