Tenants who have spent their holidays appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity to the beach of Solenzara. Not overlooked.
The renovation of the terrace and the construction of the swimming pool were carried out in winter 2011.

Kommunikation mit Cecile und Frank war sehr einfach. Antworteten stets innerhalb von 24h.Ankunft sowie Abreise verliefen problemlos.Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Raum und Zimmeraufteilung. FĂŒr 12 Personen genĂŒgend Platz. Schöne Poolanlage sowie AussenkĂŒche mit Plancha.Ideal gelegen, Meer zu Fuss in 5 min erreichbar. Stadt und Fluss sind nach kurzer Fahrzeit erreicht.

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa von Cecile und Franck sehr genossen. Die Villa ist gerĂ€umig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir den Pool und die Terassen genossen und den Meerblick aus jedem Winkel des Hauses! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und auf Anfragen von uns wurde immer sofort reagiert. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, so kann man zu Fuß sehr gut in den kleinen Ort mit dem schönen Hafen laufen.Herzlichen Dank!

Traumvilla mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool .it Aussendusche/-toilettewar ideal, sauber und ausreichend geheizt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die AussenkĂŒche mit Plancha, ideal fĂŒr u sere Gruppe von 9 Leuten! Innen könnte das eine oder andere re oviert/gestrichen werden, aber man ist ja eige tlich nur zum Schlafen im Haus. Solenzara mit seinem hĂŒbschen Jachthafen, Restaurants, GeschĂ€ften und Eisdielen ist in 10 fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. IdeLer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen in die Bavella, zu Gumpen und auch Prto Vecchio und Bonifaccio sind sch ell mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, nur eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung wĂ€re hilfreich, unser Navy kannte die Strasse nicht! Ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank!!!

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar

Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse und von den Schlafzimmern aus sehen. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Terrasse um den Pool lĂ€dt zum Verweilen fĂŒr alle ein und bietet ausreichend Platz. Aufgrung von zwei Terrassen kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Der Aussengrill funktioniert super und hat uns viele nette Grillabende beschert. Der Ort ist fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die EigentĂŒmer sind super nett und alle Menschen in den GeschĂ€ften und Restaurationen ebenfalls. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and complete house with a lot of space

We were happy from the beginning until the end. A warm welcome from Franck and Cecile in their house. Double kitchen, clean and big outdoor pool with toys, enough beds and bed sheets, good possibilities to keep it cool in the house. A lot of stuff in the kitchen to feed a group of 12 people on high level etc. Also the location is perfect. Many things to do around there in the area. Nice little walk to the beach and the Marina through the local shops. Friendly multi-language people in Corsica.

Une semaine au Paradis

11 personnes, 9 motos, aucun d'entre eux n'a à dire quelque chose en négatif, Le titre veut tout dire, quel merveilleux endroit. Les propriétaires ont le contact sympathique, sont à l'écoute et l'accueil sur place est agréable. L'équipement est au top et la configuration est trÚs bien pensée. Nous sommes tous enchantés par notre séjour en ce lieu, dans cette maison que l'on peut qualifier de luxueuse. Nous y reviendrons certainement et surtout nous la recommanderons aux amis cherchant un lieux agréable et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Funktionales Haus zum WohlfĂŒhlen fĂŒr mehrere Familien! Umfangreiches Platzangebot und RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr alle. Gleichzeitig: Viel Platz fĂŒr Gemeinschaft! Sehr zentral gelegen! Die Angaben des Vermieters entsprachen in vollen ZĂŒgen der Lage vor Ort. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem mehrsprachigen Vermieter war sehr hilfreich! Das Domizil ist alltagstauglich gepflegt, sauber und sehr gerĂ€umig! Das Haus liegt mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer mitten drin (neben einem Weinberg und oberhalb der Polizei, Feurwehr und des Rettungshubschaubers) und soweit vom Geschehen entfernt, dass eine Mischung aus schneller Ereichbarkeit (Einkaufen, Wandern im Bavella-Tal mit Gumpen, verschiedene StrĂ€nde, Ausgrabungen in Aleria etc.) und komplettem RĂŒckzug (kaum GerĂ€usche trotz naher Route Nationale) möglich sind. Auch weiter gelegene Touren (z.B. Menhire in der NĂ€he von SartĂšne) sind machbar! Das Haus eignet sich fĂŒr aufgeschlossene Menschen und v.a. Familien, die eine Mischung aus familiĂ€rer Geborgenheit, gewachsener Hausgestaltung, GemĂŒtlichkeit und Urlaub jenseits von Luxus schĂ€tzen!
