Small private residence "feet in the water" located between the beach of Canella and the beach of Favone composed of 5 air-conditioned mini-villas with direct access to the sea by the garden. Residence located in front of the sea in a large shaded garden and closed by an electric gate. The mini-villa N°1 is fully renovated and comfortably equipped and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

To the south, 2 km away, you will find Favone with its sandy beach and its small shops: grocery store (bread/croissant shop), beach articles, restaurants.

Also for the sportsmen, many sporting activities await you in the vicinity
Sports activities: pedal boats, sea kayaking, sailing school, diving club, jet boat rental,

Zustand ist verbesserungswürdig

auch wenn der Blick aufs Meer sehr schön ist, muss der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Wohnung als einfach bis verbesserungswürdig beschrieben werden . Sowohl Gefrierfach als auch Liegestühle waren defekt und es roch unangenehm da das kleine Badezimmer nicht gelüftet werden kann. In der ganzen Wohnung waren Hunderte von Ameisen, die wir trotz Falle und täglicher Beseitigung nicht loswurden. Insgesamt war es den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Sehr schade..

Tolle Lage und traumhafter Meerblick

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser kleinen Ferienvilla verbracht. Die unbeschreiblich tolle Lage direkt an einem langen Naturstrand und die Nähe zur schönen Canella-Bucht waren perfekt. Auch sind von dort aus viele tolle Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Für uns als Familie war ausreichend Platz und Dank Klimaanlage waren auch die warmen Nächte im Haus gut auszuhalten. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und konnte sowohl zum vor dem Haus befindlichen Naturstrand und zu vielen anderen Stränden und Ausflugszielen mit, was wirklich toll war! Leider können wir für die Sauberkeit nur einen Stern vergeben, da wir nach unserem Einzug alle Böden, Möbel, Tagesdecken, die gesamte Terrasse und sogar den Grillrost voller Tierhaare vorheriger Gäste vorgefunden haben, obwohl bei Mitnahme eines Haustieres eine Gebühr für die Endreinigung verpflichtend war. Auch die Terrassenmöbel waren sehr verschmutzt und verstaubt und es waren dafür keine Auflagen vorhanden. Zum Urlaubsstart mussten wir daher leider einige Zeit investieren, um alles halbwegs sauber zu bekommen. Das WLAN funktionierte nur sehr unzuverlässig. Um unsere Beanstandungen hat sich die freundliche Vermietung aber schnell gekümmert und neue Liegen und fehlende Ausstattung vorbeigebracht, so dass wir dort eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit verbringen durften.

Superbe vue sur mer, logement et terrasse très agréables. Manque cruel de rangementse (vêtement et alimentaire) et de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Frigo beaucoup trop petit. L'agence a tenté de répondre vite mais un nouvel inventaire pourrait apporter plus de confort.

Endroit paradisiaque mais à améliorer

Situation avec accès direct à la plage (de galets) exceptionnelle. La villa mériterai d'etre rafraichie et mieux équipée (petit frigo, petite cafetière, 4 bols, .... vraiment tres juste pour 2 personnes) et attention située le long de la route nationale donc un peu bruyant en journée.

L'appartamento é molto carino. Manca forse un po' di spazio nella cucina e il frigo é davvero troppo piccolo per chi, come noi, ha sempre mangiato in casa. Apprezzatissima però la dotazione della cucina: tutto nuovissimo! La vista dal terrazzo è splendida.
